📅 Scheduling & Cancellations

• Standard service days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday unless otherwise agreed
• Same-day cancellation fee: $10
• If we cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund or reschedule option

💳 Payment Terms

• Payment is due at time of drop-off
• Accepted methods: Cash App, Venmo, Zelle
• Same-day cancellation fee: $10
• Sanitization fee applied on case-by-case basis
• Pet hair fee may apply for excessive pet hair

👕 Laundry Handling

• All clothes washed on cold using free & clear detergent
• All clothes dried on medium heat using free & clear dryer sheet
• Colors will not be separated unless discussed in advance
• If hanging requested, provide a separate bag of hangers at pickup
• Hung clothes returned in plastic garment bag

📦 Pickup & Drop-Off

• Clothes must be in a tied, standard 13-gallon trash bag — no rips or tears
• Place bag on your porch at agreed pickup time
• Clothes returned in a clear plastic bag unless otherwise discussed
• Please count items before sending to verify accuracy upon return
• We conduct an inventory check before washing

• We are not responsible for damage to garments
• We are not responsible for lost or missing garments
• We are not responsible for stains that do not come out during washing
• We are not responsible for items left in pockets (pens, gum, receipts, etc.)

• We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, and policies at any time
• Changes will be communicated via our Facebook page or direct contact
• Continued use of service constitutes acceptance of updated terms

🚷 Service Refusal

• We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason
• Including unsafe pickup conditions
• Improperly bagged items
• Repeated violations of these terms
